Smart Autodoor shows “Wiring Fault”
A Wiring Fault message may suggest an issue with the cable between the control panel and the door. Follow the steps below to diagnose the issue.
- Inspect the cable for any signs of damage and wear. If the cable is damaged, please contact us for a replacement
- Unscrew the back of the Control Panel, disconnect the door cable, and reconnect it. Try to open / close the door to see if this has resolved the issue
- Factory reset the control panel, and then recalibrate the door
