Smart Autodoor shows “Wiring Fault”

A Wiring Fault message may suggest an issue with the cable between the control panel and the door. Follow the steps below to diagnose the issue.

  1. Inspect the cable for any signs of damage and wear. If the cable is damaged, please contact us for a replacement
  2. Unscrew the back of the Control Panel, disconnect the door cable, and reconnect it. Try to open / close the door to see if this has resolved the issue
  3. Factory reset the control panel, and then recalibrate the door
  4. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance
