Connecting to Autodoor fails after selecting door colour
If you see an error message in the app after selecting the colour of your Smart Autodoor, this may indicate your control panel was unable to contact our server to complete the provisioning process. Please check that the wireless network you connected the control panel to has a functioning internet connection, and no settings are in place that prevent the control panel from connecting out to our server.
Some parental control or network restriction settings can interfere with the ability of the control panel to contact our systems. If you have any such settings in place, you could try turning them off temporarily to see if this resolves the issue. In many cases such systems will have an allow list which you can add the control panel to to prevent any future problems.
